'The Essence of Wine'

Having worked in the wine industry in the UK and South Africa since 2009, I decided it was about time I took the plunge and put together my own portfolio. South Africa's industry has never been more dynamic, interesting and vibrant, and so this seemed like a good time to begin!

I've always been fascinated by the intricacies of terroir and personality in wine and the portfolio reflects this, marrying some of the greatest producers in the country with up and coming, little known labels which impress.

And the name? It means 'the essence of wine' or 'what makes a wine a wine', but I also like it because it sounds like 'wine curiosity', and that's really where this all started.
